In my 6 years as a Global Wellness Coach for Leaders and CEO's, I had to find a way for busy, stressed and time-poor professionals to incorporate wellness into their daily routines, in a way that wasn't going to be another limitation to add to their already packed schedules.
Everyone deserves to feel well, happy and thriving but the reality of life means that for a lot of people, life is anything but. Many of my clients were stressed, not sleeping well, not eating well, lacking motivation to exercise and they were running on empty and close to burnout.
They needed to see the value in what they were doing, they wanted quick results and so I came up with small, simple practices (1-5 mins) that they could easily incorporate into their day...these became known as MicroSteps™ that soon led to MicroWellness™, MicroBreaks™ and MicroChanges™
About Tayyaba
Tayyaba Jordan is an Executive Health & Wellness Coach for high achieving professionals who want to be at the top of their game, but who struggle to achieve peak performance and happiness.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Pre-Work: THE CIRCLE & YOUR PERSONAL NORMS
Before we begin the course we spend some time looking at where we are now in all aspects of our life.
We will then look at our 'Personal Norms' - things that we do everyday without fail, that are part of our daily routines that over time will create our future health and wellness.

Module 1: FEEL WELL
In this module we look at how we can feel our best throughout the day - we look at movement, nutrition and how we can use MicroBreaks™ throughout the day to change our state if we are feeling stressed or overwhelmed. We also look at Evening Transitions to ensure you get a great nights sleep.

Module 2: WORK WELL
In this module we look at that all important work:life balance and how to create healthy boundaries.
We look at our work goals/dreams and our sense of purpose, and also the importance of continual professional development and mindset.

Module 3: LIVE WELL
In this module we look at those things that we need to help us feel fulfilled and happy. When things get busy we often stop doing these 'non-essential' things, but this can often cause us to feel more stressed and unhappy.
Prioritising creativity, joy, connections, fun and relationships is so important to keep our lives balanced and fulfilled.

Module 4: DO WELL
In this module we look at success and what that means to us. How do we know when we are doing well? Do you focus on money and possessions as an indication of how well you are doing, or do you feel truly wealthy when you have time to do the things you love?
In this module we look at all things to do with money, success, gratitude and mindset, and how to achieve true fulfilment and wealth in all areas of your life.

Module 5: CREATE YOUR WELLNESS BLUEPRINT
In this module we combine everything to create your own unique Wellness Blueprint.
This will contain everything you need to help you achieve your goals and dreams. You will have a 'go to' set of MicroSteps™ to incorporate into your life, you will know where you are heading in life, what is important to you, and how to achieve it.
