Being Humanly Possible.

I specialise in understanding how people actually think, behave, and process the world.

Over time, this has developed into an ability to quickly build a clear picture of how someone thinks, responds, and navigates life, often within a short space of time.

What I offer is clarity. Clarity on what is really going on, and direction on what to do next.

My background .

My work is rooted in a lifelong curiosity about people.

I grew up in an environment where nothing felt singular or fixed. Different cultures, languages, and expectations existed side by side.

At home, we were raised within a structured, traditional Muslim framework. Outside, I was navigating completely different environments, from convent school to the City of London School for Girls, and later, a wide range of social and cultural settings.

Very early on, this created a question: What is normal?

In searching for that, I realised something important. There is no single version of normal. That realisation became the foundation of everything I do.

  • From a young age, I became highly attuned to people. Not just what they said, but how they moved, how they responded, what they expressed without words and how their behaviour changed depending on context.

It became a natural way of processing the world. Every environment added to that understanding. Different schools. Different cultures. Different expectations. All of it became data.

  • Over time, that awareness developed into something more precise.

An ability to recognise patterns quickly, understand behaviour beneath the surface and see how individuals process the world differently.

This was not something I set out to learn - it was something that formed over time through observation, experience, and a constant curiosity about how people work.

  • My career began in the television industry, where I spent 20 years working across different teams, environments, and productions.

It was a freelance world, constantly shifting, constantly adapting, constantly working with new people.

This was not something I set out to learn - it was something that formed over time through observation, experience, and a constant curiosity about how people work.

  • When I transitioned into coaching and behavioural work, everything aligned. What had once been instinct became intentional.

What had once been observation became application.

For the first time, I was using the way I naturally see the world to help others understand themselves.

That is where my work truly began.

  • Today, I bring together:

    • A lifelong understanding of human behaviour

    • Professional training in neuroscience, behavioural science, and coaching

    • A way of seeing that allows me to quickly identify what is really going on beneath the surface .

I do not apply a fixed method.

I focus on the individual in front of me.

So we can create clarity, establish direction, and move forward in a way that is authentic to who they are.

  • People do not need to become someone else.

They need to understand how they actually work.

Most people try to change by forcing new behaviours.

But without that understanding, the same patterns return.

Real change comes from clarity, direction, and alignment.

  • Understanding often happens quickly. You will see yourself differently, often in a way you have not before.

From there, the work is about applying that understanding consistently.

Not forcing change, but creating it in a way that is authentic and sustainable.

Working with Tayyaba has been a game changer.

Her personalised approach and genuine care set her apart.

Her ability to bring clarity to what was really going on for me completely reframed both my career and personal life.

At the heart of my work is this: I help people understand themselves in a way they have never seen before.

Because when you have that level of clarity, you gain direction. And when you move forward from that place, the change is not forced, it is authentic.

That is what makes it Humanly Possible.
